Parque Santiago III & IV comprises of 750 studios, one and two bedroom apartments. Each apartment is equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, kitchenette, fridge, satellite TV, safety deposit box and a balcony or terrace.

Paque Santiago III & IV apartments is located on the seafront with access to the beach approx 200 metres away. The beach has loungers and parasols to hire. The centre of the resort is 15 minutes walk from the complex. The centre is home to many bars, shops, restaurants and a wide selection of nightly entertainment. Tenerife South Airport is approx 20 km away.
